Send the weekly client report

Every Friday afternoon we email each client a one-page summary of the week. This is the visible deliverable of our retainer — the client should never have to ask "what did Clozer do this week?"

What's in the report

  • Top KPIs (spend, ROAS or leads, week-over-week change).
  • Top 3 actions taken (with reasoning).
  • Top 3 things to watch next week.
  • Any blockers we need from the client (assets, access, approvals).

The platform auto-generates the first draft. You review and edit before send.

Workflow

  1. Friday 2pm — generate drafts for all clients.
  2. Review each draft. Edit anything wrong or weak.
  3. Send by 5pm Friday.

(The Send button is admin-only for now — your job is to pre-review the drafts and flag anything that needs Thageeshan's eye before he hits send.)

Voice rules (must follow)

  • Never use em-dashes (—), en-dashes (–), or double hyphens (--).
  • In any spoken/video script, write "dirhams" not "AED". AED is for written/numeric only.
  • Lead with comparison or curiosity hooks, not statistics.
  • No generic AI tells: "9 times out of 10", "even if we never work together", etc.
  • All Clozer-managed campaigns are prefixed CLOZER.

When to push back

If the draft says we did something we didn't — fix it. Don't send a report with inflated claims. The retainer relationship lives on trust.

If the draft says we didn't do something we did — add it. The client should see the work.

Cadence calendar

  • Monday 9am — start-of-week scan, no client communication.
  • Tuesday-Thursday — daily reviews, escalations.
  • Friday 2pm — generate weekly reports.
  • Friday 5pm — all sent.
  • Sunday — light scan for anything Meta/Google did over the weekend.
