Review a proposed action

When you click Review on a row in the Overview table, you land on the client page. Each pending action has its own card.

Anatomy of an action card

  • Title — what the AI wants to do. E.g. "Pause campaign", "Adjust budget", "Flag for review".
  • Risk badge — Low / Medium / High. Based on action type and AED at risk.
  • AED at risk — the amount this campaign is currently spending or has spent.
  • Metrics row — campaign name, spent, results, status, current/proposed budget, etc.
  • Why — the AI's reasoning. Read this carefully.

How to evaluate

Ask these in order:

1. Does the data make sense?

Open Meta Ads Manager (or Google Ads / Klaviyo) for the client in a second tab. Find the campaign by name. Compare:

  • Does the spent number match?
  • Does the result count match?
  • Is the campaign actually ACTIVE / PAUSED as the card says?

If the data doesn't match, the agent saw stale data. Add a note and escalate.

2. Is the reasoning correct?

The AI explains its logic. Common patterns:

  • "Spent X with 0 results" → check tracking is actually working. Sometimes results are happening but not being attributed. Cross-check Shopify or the lead-source breakdown.
  • "Frequency > 2 → creative fatigue" → check the actual frequency in Ads Manager.
  • "Missing WhatsApp track" → check if there's already a WA campaign elsewhere we missed.

3. Is the action reversible?

  • Pause is fully reversible (unpause). Low risk on its own.
  • Budget change is reversible but mid-flight changes can spike or starve a campaign. Medium risk.
  • Launch new creative is hard to fully reverse (you can pause it but the spend already happened). Higher risk.

4. Could this break something else?

If this is a tracking-related pause (e.g. CTWA pixel issue), pausing it stops the data and you lose the ability to debug. Sometimes "keep it running while we fix tracking" is safer than "pause".

What to write in the note

Be specific:

  • ✅ "Verified spent AED 9,986 / 0 results in Ads Manager. CAPI bridge log shows last event 4 days ago. Pause is correct."
  • ❌ "Looks good"

Notes are stored on the action and Thageeshan reads them before approving.
