Morning routine (9am)

Morning routine

Run this every weekday morning at 9am UAE time. Should take 20-30 minutes.

1. Open the Overview page (2 min)

Look at the three stat cards:

  • Clients — should match the number you expect. If it dropped, something deleted a tenant. Escalate immediately.
  • Connected platforms — total OAuth/API connections across all clients. Should never drop overnight; if it does, a token expired.
  • Pending approvals — your work queue for the day. Anything > 10 means we have a backlog.

2. Process the "Awaiting approval" table (10-20 min)

It's sorted by AED at risk, highest first. Work top-down.

For each row:

  1. Click Review to open the full proposal on the client page.
  2. Follow Review an approval for what to check.
  3. If it's clearly safe and below the escalation thresholds, leave a note like LGTM — checked numbers, low risk and flag to Thageeshan.
  4. If anything is unclear, follow Escalate.

You cannot click Approve or Reject yourself. Those are admin-only. Your job is to pre-qualify the queue so Thageeshan can approve fast.

3. Skim each client card (5 min)

Look for anomalies:

  • A client that yesterday showed "0 to approve" now shows 5+ proposals — what changed?
  • A client that always shows 2 connected platforms now shows 1 — token expiry.
  • A client that hasn't had an agent run in 7+ days — schedule one.

4. Check the Audit log (3 min)

Filter to last 24h. You're scanning for:

  • agent.run.failed — an agent crashed. Why?
  • vault.decrypt — credentials were read. Should match the agent runs you expect.
  • Anything you don't recognise — ask Thageeshan.

5. End of session

Before you close the tab:

  • Have all pending approvals either been pre-qualified or escalated?
  • Are there any clients with no agent run in 7+ days? Schedule them (see Run an agent).
  • Did anything weird happen that Thageeshan should know? Drop a quick message.

Once a week

Friday afternoon, send the weekly client report (see Send the weekly report).
