Welcome. This is the Clozer Ops console. Your job as account manager is to keep our clients' marketing running smoothly day to day.

What Clozer does

Clozer is an AI-powered revenue growth partner for UAE and GCC businesses. We run paid ads (Meta, Google), email (Klaviyo), and WhatsApp for our retainer clients. The AI watches campaigns 24/7 and proposes optimisations. A human always approves before anything is changed on a live account.

That human is Thageeshan (admin). You are the account manager — you review proposals, take notes, run agents in recommend mode, and escalate anything that needs an approval decision.

Who you'll see

  • Admin — Thageeshan. Approves and rejects, adds clients, manages credentials.
  • Account manager — you. Read access plus the ability to trigger agent runs and add notes. Approve and Reject buttons are visible but disabled for you.

Daily rhythm

Three documents are your daily anchors:

  1. Morning routine — what to open at 9am and in what order.
  2. Review an approval — how to actually read a proposed action and decide if it's safe.
  3. When to escalate — the rules for sending something to Thageeshan.

Where things live

  • Overview page — top-level dashboard. Stats, pending approvals, all clients.
  • Client page — per-client view. Connected platforms, proposed actions, run history.
  • Audit log — every action the system has taken or considered. Use this when you want history.
  • Docs — these guides (you are here).

The golden rule

If you're not sure, escalate. Never improvise on a live ad account. The cost of pausing for an extra hour is small; the cost of a wrong change on a live account can be thousands of dirhams.
